Wojciech Konieczny
Senator of the 10th and 11th terms.
In 1995, graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Silesian Medical University in Katowice.
In 2004 obtained a specialization in neurology. He completed postgraduate studies in health care management at the Faculty of Management of the Częstochowa University of Technology.
Since 2013, he has been the director of the Municipal Hospital in Częstochowa.
Wojciech Konieczny is a member of the Polish Neurological Society, the Polish Trade Union of Physicians and the Association of District Hospitals of the Silesian Voivodeship.
In 2019, he was a councillor of the Silesian Voivodeship Regional Council.
Wojciech Konieczny was deputy chairman of the Science, Education and Sports Committee and the Health Committee in the Senate of the 10th term. Until the 12th of January 2023, he served as the chairman of the Polish Socialist Party Parliamentary Group.
