The event, under the motto "For Health. Together," emphasized the importance of collaboration and long-term thinking, both crucial to effective healthcare management. This 20th anniversary edition of the Forum provided an opportunity to reflect on past recommendations and their implementation, while also offering a chance to develop new solutions to address current challenges. Nearly 3,000 people participated in one of the most significant events in Poland’s medical industry, with about 1,600 attending in person.
The Forum featured approximately 30 thematic sessions, covering a wide range of topics from healthcare system financing to technological innovations, as well as personnel and organizational issues. One of the event’s highlights was the "Health Hyde Park," a space for open and less formal discussions.
We heard perspectives from the Ministry of Health, representatives of professional associations, practitioners, and market leaders.
How does the healthcare sector look one year after the parliamentary elections? How can KPO funds be used efficiently? What are the biggest challenges facing hospital managers in Poland? What impact does the pharmaceutical industry have on our economy? These are just a few of the questions our guests sought to answer during the debates.
The first day of the Forum concluded with a formal Gala, where the prestigious "Portraits of Polish Medicine" awards were presented. These honors recognize individuals and institutions that have made significant contributions to the development of Polish medicine and healthcare.
The XX Health Market Forum became a space for exchanging experiences and reflecting on the future of the healthcare system in Poland, opening a new chapter in its growth and development.
