She began her professional career at a healthcare consulting firm, serving as a Director and Board Member. She sat on the supervisory boards of hospitals in Olkusz, Nakło and Szubin. She was also the director of the hospital in Śrem and the president of the board of hospitals in Sztum and Drawsko Pomorskie. She graduated in Finance and Banking from the Poznań University of Economics and postgraduate studies, including: in the field of coordinated health care.
