President of the Polish Society of Allergology 2021-2024, Professor of the Department of Internal Diseases, Asthma and Allergy of the Medical University of Lodz, specialist in internal diseases, pulmonology and allergology. His main scientific interests include severe asthma, COPD, new methods of allergic diseases treatment, biological therapies, specific immunotherapy and drug hypersensitivity. One of 42 global experts associated in the Advocates group Global Initiative for Asthma (GINA). Author of numerous scientific publications. Prof. M. Kupczyk gained experience during training at Huddinge Sjukhus and the Centre for Allergy Research, Karolinska Institutet in Sweden and Ospedale Luigi Sacco in Italy.
