Agnieszka Rogalska
Director of Dr. Jan Biziel University Hospital No. 2 in Bydgoszcz, previously serving as Medical Director (2019-2023). She began her career as a physician in the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology. During her specialisation, she earned a PhD in Medicine in 2008 and a specialist title in 2010.
In addition to her medical career, she has held management positions in both the public and private healthcare sectors since 2009. She holds postgraduate degrees in management and an MBA, including an MBA in Public Healthcare. Furthermore, she has completed various professional development courses in communication, negotiations, and strategic management.
As a leader, she is dedicated to establishing the highest standards of patient care aligned with the VALUE-BASED HEALTHCARE model. She is committed to building professional, interdisciplinary teams that can implement modern technologies in a supportive work environment, consistent with corporate social responsibility (CSR) principles.
