Director of the MBA in Health Care program and content manager of many Lazarski University certified training programs dedicated to medical professionals, managers of treatment facilities and employees of public institutions in the health sector. Initiator and leader of the Sector Council for Competence in Health and Social Care. Author of numerous scientific and expert publications on economic and social aspects of health care and modern models of its organization and financing. A promoter of the concept of "Value Based Healthcare". Winner of the 2022 Success of the Year in Healthcare competition in the Public Health category. For the sixth time in the top ten of the LISTA STU of the most influential people in the Polish health care system. In the poll Woman of the Health Market 2023, she was ranked 3rd among the 50 most influential women working in the field of health. Integrator of people and ideas. For promoting models of conscious leadership full of empathy, respect and attentiveness, she won the first edition of the "Sustainable Impact" competition in the Leadership category.
