Magdalena Kołodziej - an expert actively supporting patient organisations, with years of experience in the field of patient education and empowerment, as well as patient communication; marketing and project management specialist; advocate for patient involvement in decision-making processes in health care and activities for implementation of patient-centered health care system in Poland. Manager with experience in organisation and comprehensive management of educational projects as well as moderating of social dialogue in health care, managing such projects as Together for Health, Patients Decide, Lilly Diabetes Education Centers or Freedom of Breath - Prevent Asthma. Member of the Patient Organization Council at the Patient's Rights Ombudsman and Vice-President of the Patient Organization Council at the Minister of Health.

Since 2014, Magdalena has been associated with the WE Patients Foundation (www.mypacjenci.org), working to reinforce patient participation in the decision-making processes in health care.

WE Patients Foundation is a citizen thinktank in health care that deals with the topic of participation, patient-centeredness, health awareness, public health, health economics and the development of the attitude of "patient empowerment".
