Attorney-at-law, expert on healthcare system organisation and financing of healthcare services with years of experience in public administration and consulting.
Presently responsible for i.a. health need maps, the Ministry of Health’s strategic projects portfolio, IOWISZ implmentation, as well as drafting and proposing legal acts and regulatory impact assessment at the Ministry of Health. He is a member of the Tariffs Council and the Regional Medical Malpractice Commission in Bydgoszcz.
In the past responsible for therapuetical programs and orphan drugs policy. He was a member of the European Union Committee of Experts on Rare Diseases and represented the Minister of Health in the EU Council and European Commission’s working groups on pharmaceutical reimbursement, involved in tightening EU Member States collaboration. He was a member of the Economic Comission and co-authored i.a. a commentary to the reimbursement act and a book titled „Pricing”.
