Tomasz specialises in all aspects of pharmaceutical, medical device, advertising and competition law. He is involved in projects to advise on the legislative process and plays an active part in interpreting and implementing solutions proposed in the draft Reimbursement Act. He handles regulatory aspects of transactions on the healthcare market, particularly due diligences and post-transaction integration.
He also specialises in regulatory advice to the sensitive products industry, particularly the pharmaceutical, medical devices, dietary supplements, alcohol and tobacco sectors.
Tomasz also handles compliance projects, particularly those involving corruption in the healthcare sector. His interests include advice on food law too (labelling, advertising and marketing of dietary supplements).
