Member of the Board of the Podkarpackie Voivodship, Councilor of the Podkarpackie Regional Assembly, a graduate of the Rzeszow University of Technology and the Institute of Communications. President and co-founder of Telecommunications Cooperative in Tyczyn - a pioneer venture aiming to introduce telecommunication and fixed-line telephony services across rural areas, which resulted in the creation of many social economy ventures in the "Dolina Strugu". An active member of the Catholic Action, a member of the Social Council of the Archdiocese of Przemysl. He was involved many times in civic initiatives in the Podkarpacie region. He was the chairman of the first democratically elected city council in Błażowa after 1990. Councilor of the Rzeszów District in 2006-2014, where he chaired the Committee on Economic Affairs and Transport and the Budget Committee. 30 years ago he got married to Wioletta, with whom they bring up six wonderful children. In his free time he practices sports, he is particularly passionate about football, for several years he was a socially president of LKS "Błażowianka". He eagerly rests with his family in the Mountains.
