Andrzej Balicki advises clients from the life sciences sector (and related) on all issues related to core business activity, especially as regards regulatory issues.
His experience includes advising pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers of medical devices, and health care service providers. He advises marketing, distribution, manufacturing, clinical trials, promotion and advertising, as well as pricing and reimbursement. He supports clients as regards agreements between health care providers and the National Health Fund, including those involving reimbursement proceedings, and on other agreements related to the health care sector, including agreements concluded by health care providers, health care professionals, and pharmacies. He advises on tender proceedings organized by hospitals, including representation before the National Chamber of Appeal.
He has participated in a number of conferences on the topic of health care law and is the author of several publications. He was awarded a Ph.D. by the University of Warsaw for his dissertation on pharmaceutical regulations. He is recommended by the Legal 500.
