His experience covers in particular: advisory services in the scope of industrial regulatory requirements; operational efficiency of marketing and promotional activities, optimization of distribution methods for medicinal products (including direct distribution to pharmacies) and medical devices; creation of cost-effective and tax-effective models of functioning of pharmaceutical companies and companies operating in medical devices sector in Poland; strategies of functioning of public hospitals in Poland, restructuring of business activities of health care units; designing of products in the field of health insurance / pharmaco-insurance, analysis of the Polish pharmaceutical and healthcare market.
