In 1996 he was awarded a specialization in the field of family medicine and since1998 he has been in charge of private practice in Udanin. In years 1990-1994 he was the councillor of the Town Council in Jawor and in years 1994-1997 he was also the President of the Town Council. For his 20 years engagement in activities for society he won the title of the Honorary Citizen of Jawor. Jacek Krajewski is the author of idea, main co-author and president of International Association Bread Fairs, which aimed at establishing convenient conditions and friendly atmosphere for economic initiatives, enterpreneurship development and promotion of the town and district. Since 1999 he has been active in the College of Family Doctors in Poland and since 2005 he has been the president of Legnica Branch of the college mentioned above. Since 2009 he has been the member of the main board of Family Doctors College in Poland.On 18th of May 2013 he was elected to the position of the President of Lower Silesian Family Doctors College in Poland In 2000 he has been elected to the position of the Lower Silesian Family Doctors Association (employers) in Wrocław. In 2004 he established the Federation of Employers „Porozumienie Zielonogórskie” and in 2010 he has become the President of this body. What is worth mentioning, is the fact that he won the medal of Jan Mikulicz-Radecki being the honorary medal of Lower Silesian Chamber of Doctors and Medal of the Golden Grape „Doctor for Doctors” that he was awarded for the successful activities in favour of doctors and medical society.
